NATURAL CHARACTERISTICS

Light, low in sodium, with a very low fixed residue, Amorosa is the biocompatible water par
excellence – in harmony with the body, it respects the delicate balance of infants and children.
It is the ideal water for breastfeeding mothers and infants during weaning. It prevents disorders
associated with oxidation, alkalinisation of the body and the accumulation of toxins.

FIXED RESIDUE

Indicates the quantity of dissolved salts in a litre of water at 180 °C – the lower the number,
the lighter the water. At 28 mg/l, Amorosa is one of the lightest waters on the market.

pH

While the pH of water should generally be neutral for adults, it should be slightly acidic
(pH does not affect the taste) for infants and children to aid digestion. Thanks to its pH of 5.2,
Amorosa facilitates secretions in the stomachs of unweaned infants
, which are still
functionally immature, improves casein digestibility, maintains optimum salt levels and improves
the solubility of baby formula, maintaining the content and calcium/phosphorus ratio of formulas intact.
