Notice of March 23, 2017
We formulate the present in order to communicate that the content is being updated
published in the “Transparent Company” area on the basis of the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 33/2013 as amended by Legislative Decree 96/2016.

We also note that the ANAC in resolution no. 1310 of 28 December 2016 postponed,
with reference to companies and bodies with private law, to specific guidelines in course of adoption.
It will therefore be our responsibility to acknowledge the provisions contained therein as soon as the provision is published.

  • OTHER CONTENTS – CIVIC ACCESS

    In implementation of the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 33/2013, E.V.A.M. activated the Civic Access Institute. In accordance with the law, this institute is aimed at recognizing the right of anyone to request documents, information and data subject to mandatory publication in cases where the company has not published it on its website.

    The law also provides for the right of anyone to access data and documents held by the company that are further subject to those subject to mandatory publication, in compliance with the limits relating to the protection of legally relevant public and private rights. In order to provide indications regarding the procedures for sending the civic access registers and the competent offices, the company has prepared in compliance with the ANAC resolution nr. 1309 of 28 December 2016, specific internal regulations.
