VERY LOW MINERAL CONTENT

Fixed residue of less than 50 mg/l

Due to the very low concentration of mineral salts, these favour diuresis and facilitate the elimination of small kidney stones. They are indicated for people on low-sodium diets and children. With a fixed residue of 49 mg/l, Fonteviva belongs to this category.

LOW MINERAL CONTENT

Fixed residue of 50 – 500 mg/l

The low concentration of mineral salts makes these excellent for everyday consumption. They are indicated for people on low-sodium diets since they have a diuretic effect.

MODERATE MINERAL CONTENT

Fixed residue of 500 – 1500 mg/l

These are indicated for people with a deficiency in certain minerals and, thanks to the bicarbonate content, people with digestive problems.

RICH IN MINERAL SALTS

Fixed residue greater than 1500 mg/l
