A Policy of Quality

EVAM SpA has always been committed to quality and customer satisfaction. As a result, it has developed and applied a system to estimate and evaluate dangers and hazards and to establish control measures to prevent health and hygiene issues.

Over time, the system has been adapted to conform to the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system, which is now mandatory in Italy after the enactment of Legislative Decree 155/97. To further improve the quality of its products, in addition to the HACCP system, EVAM SpA follows IFS standards (International Food Standards, essential for distribution to large-scale retailers) and BRC (British Retail Consortium) standards.
